DESCRIPTION

There is a lot of potential here! Home could be gutted and completely re-done to return it to its former grandeur. The upstairs features its own entrance from the back of the house, separate meters and could be used for a separate living area. This one is perfect for either a rehab project or the rare opportunity to own a 3/4 acre lot in the heart of Edwardsville.

Some inside photos would be nice ... may you sell quickly.

Hi Bob and Carolin,

Thanks for stopping by.  Unfortunately, the home has been vacant for quite some time and it does not have any power so the interior photos did not turn out.  Due to the location here in the Midwest, sunny days are few and far between this time of year, so it's not really conducive to getting a good interior shot.  Thanks for your input, though.

Looks like she was a grand ole girl in her day and could be again.
