This week my real estate partner, Kristina, and I helped our customers close on an investment property at 407 Sanner in Edwardsville, Illinois.
They purchased a cute two-bedroom bungalow is located not far from N.O. Nelson grade school and Hoppe Park. It has refinished wood floors, new paint and new tile in the kitchen. A roomy two-car detached garage is located behind the house and updated landscaping provides curb appeal in the front.
